Florida sun, storms and the occasional pet or branch wear out screens faster than most homeowners expect. A torn panel can usually be rescreened without touching the frame.
Ozzy replaces screen and spline, fixes sagging or dragging screen doors and takes care of small repairs around the patio.
Building new screen enclosures or altering enclosure frames requires a licensed contractor and is not included.
Common problems
Pets, kids, branches and storms all take a toll. A single torn panel can be rescreened on its own.
Old spline shrinks in the sun and loosens its grip, so screens start to bow. New spline pulls them tight again.
Worn rollers, closers and hinges make screen doors drag, slam or stay open.
