Flooring Installation and Tile Repair
Most flooring problems start underneath: an uneven base, old adhesive or moisture. Ozzy checks what's under the old floor before the new one goes down, because that prep decides how the finished floor looks and wears.
He takes on single rooms and smaller areas, plus tile repairs that don't call for tearing out the whole floor.

Tiles crack when the base underneath moves or wasn't fully bonded. Replacing a few tiles is often possible without redoing the whole floor.
Stained or crumbling grout

Can you replace just a few cracked tiles?
Often, yes, as long as matching tiles are available. Leftover tiles from the original installation are the best match, so check your garage or closets.
